Installation & cabinet options
Indoor COB LED Screen Installation Options
The supporting structure can be selected around the wall, required screen dimensions, installation depth and maintenance access.
GI / MS Steel Structure
A fabricated GI or MS structure can be used for custom indoor COB LED screen sizes, wall openings and project-specific mounting requirements.
Magnetic Module Installation
Magnetic installation can be used with a compatible steel-backed structure to provide convenient access to the COB LED modules.
640 × 480 mm Aluminium Cabinet
The standard cabinet uses six 320 × 160 mm modules arranged two modules wide by three modules high.
Custom MS Fabrication
Purpose-built structures can support recessed screens, special wall depths, architectural integration and custom maintenance access.
Standard cabinet configuration
640 × 480 mm COB LED Screen Cabinet
Six 320 × 160 mm modules form one 640 × 480 mm cabinet. The physical cabinet size remains the same while the pixel resolution changes according to the selected pitch.
| Pixel pitch | 640 × 480 mm cabinet resolution |
|---|---|
| P1.25 | 512 × 384 pixels |
| P1.5 | 416 × 312 pixels |
| P1.8 | 344 × 258 pixels |
The resolution of the complete indoor COB LED screen is calculated from the total number of modules or cabinets across its final width and height.
