Date Palm Tree LED Screen at EZ Candy Dubai
A custom palm-shaped LED centrepiece and an ultra-wide indoor display bring moving content into EZ Candy Shop in Nadd Al Hamar.
Two LED Displays, One Retail Space
Epix® designed and installed two P2.5 indoor LED displays at EZ Candy Shop in Dubai: a date palm tree-shaped flexible LED display measuring 2.88 metres around its cylindrical body and 3.84 metres high, and an ultra-wide SMD LED screen measuring 8.00 × 1.28 metres. Both installations use high-quality Epix® branded LED modules with a NovaStar control system.
The palm installation combines a cylindrical LED trunk with illuminated branches spreading above it. Positioned over a circular product display, it creates a distinctive centrepiece within the shop.
The ultra-wide screen sits above the beverage refrigerators, providing a horizontal space for product visuals, promotional messages and branded animations.

A Date Palm Shape Built with LED Screens
The main display brings a familiar regional shape into the retail interior. Its curved LED body extends upwards into individual display branches, forming the outline of a date palm.
Flexible LED modules follow the cylindrical trunk, while the upper branches add another surface for animated visuals. Content on both sections makes the display’s physical shape part of the presentation.

A Horizontal Display Above the Refrigerators
The second installation extends across the beverage refrigerator area. Its elongated layout provides a prominent surface for branded visuals and promotional content.
While the palm display forms the shop’s central creative feature, this screen places digital messaging directly above a merchandise area.
Preparing content for the screen’s wide proportions helps keep product images, logos and promotional text clearly arranged.

Integrating Different Display Shapes
Custom Display Integration
The palm installation combines a curved display body with an upper branching structure. Its position above the circular shelving brings the LED feature and merchandise presentation together.
The separate flat display follows the horizontal layout of the refrigerator area.
Content for Each Format
The two displays use different proportions. The palm requires content that suits its cylindrical body and branches, while the ultra-wide screen benefits from a horizontal composition.
