Epix® delivered two ultra-long indoor LED displays in Al Quoz, Dubai, featuring 14352×1040 and 12480×1040 resolution screens with precision alignment, Novastar H5 processing, and custom Epix Player software for smooth single-video playback.

Project Challenge
The biggest challenge was achieving perfect alignment and leveling across ultra-long LED screens. Equal spacing was required on all sides including top, bottom, left, and right.
Multiple installation adjustments were made, including removing and reinstalling sections several times until the final alignment was achieved.
Another major challenge was handling ultra-wide resolutions of 14352×1040 and 12480×1040 pixels with smooth single video playback.

Epix® Solution
Epix® engineered a complete solution covering installation precision and content playback. The screens were aligned with high accuracy to achieve a seamless ultra-wide display.
To solve playback challenges, Epix® developed custom software capable of handling ultra-wide video, multiple outputs, and smooth media playback.
This allowed the client to run single video content across both ultra-long LED displays without performance issues.
System & Connectivity
The LED screens were powered using a structured system including PC playback, Novastar H5 processor, and proper signal distribution.
The setup ensured stable performance for ultra-wide content playback with synchronized output across the entire display.
Ultra-Wide LED Playback System
For this ultra-long LED display project, Epix® developed a custom playback solution to handle ultra-wide resolutions such as 14352×1040 and 12480×1040 pixels. Standard media players are not designed for such extreme formats, especially when smooth single-video playback is required.

Epix® built a dedicated media player system capable of delivering seamless ultra-wide video playback across large LED displays. The system supports high-resolution content, ensuring smooth and synchronized output without lag or visual breaks.
System Integration
The playback system was integrated with Novastar H5 processing and structured signal distribution, allowing stable multi-output performance and efficient content control across the entire display.
