The Challenge Behind Ultra-Long LED Displays
One of the biggest challenges of this project was achieving perfect alignment and leveling across extremely long LED display surfaces.
Due to the ultra-wide dimensions, even small installation inaccuracies could become visually noticeable across the full screen length.
The Epix® technical team repeatedly adjusted cabinet positioning and structure alignment to achieve balanced spacing across the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the displays.
Another major challenge was ultra-wide content playback at resolutions of 14352×1040 and 12480×1040 pixels while maintaining smooth synchronized playback.
Installation & Configuration Process
The project included structural alignment, cabinet installation, mapping, calibration, playback testing, and ultra-wide content configuration.
Ultra-Wide LED System Architecture
The LED system was designed using professional LED processing and multi-output playback architecture to support extremely high-resolution content.

- Multi-section power distribution
The power system for each screen was divided into three sections for improved load distribution and system reliability.
Powered by Matflex™ Media Player Technology
Standard playback solutions were not suitable for ultra-wide resolutions such as 14352×1040 and 12480×1040.
To solve this challenge, Epix® developed playback workflow solutions powered by Matflex™ Media Player technology for smooth ultra-wide LED playback and multi-output synchronization.
The system was optimized for continuous playback performance across large-format LED display environments.
